Why we exist

I started this company because people like us were tired of empty promises and wanted real, measurable progress in sustainable investing — with evidence, not hype.

CO2 removed annually

Ever tried following a process just because someone said it worked for them, only to end up in the weeds? I have. That's why this company got started. I wanted to build a place where evidence matters more than marketing noise. We focus on real carbon farming projects that improve the planet and stand up to scrutiny. No shortcuts. Every decision is rooted in proof, not hunches. Our mission is to make alternative investing accessible to those who value transparency and want to create measurable environmental change.

More about us

Our core values

We believe in transparency, measured impact, and the courage to question everything—especially ourselves.

Radical transparency

We share full documentation for every project, including independent verification and third-party audits. No details are hidden behind jargon or fine print. Transparency is our default, not a marketing trick.

Proof over promise

We only support projects with measurable, independently verified impact. If it can’t be tracked and proven, it doesn’t belong in our portfolio. We keep our standards stubbornly high.

Healthy skepticism

We never settle for easy answers or shortcuts. Every decision is reviewed by experts who welcome doubt and encourage questions. Healthy skepticism keeps our standards strong.

Integrity and accountability

We own our mistakes and use them as fuel to improve. Integrity means being honest even when it’s inconvenient, and always putting evidence first.

How we got here

You can’t build trust by cutting corners. Every milestone marks another lesson learned the hard way, and every setback is a reminder that skepticism is an asset, not a flaw.

I was tired of investment products that sounded good but couldn’t back it up. So, I started looking for ways to connect real environmental projects to people who actually cared about results. That’s how the idea for this company was born.

Building trust takes time. We assembled a team who questioned everything—each new project had to prove its environmental and financial value. That’s when we signed our first carbon farming agreement and set our standards for verification.

Not all projects made the cut. We dropped more than we accepted, refusing to compromise on transparency. This earned us attention from sustainability advocates and local partners who believed in tough standards.

Expansion wasn’t about growth for its own sake. We focused on making every new project pass the same tough checks. Today, we’re building a network that grows only when the evidence demands it—not before.

Meet the team who demand proof.

It’s easy to talk about making a difference. It’s harder to deliver results that matter and are independently verified. Our team has decades of cross-disciplinary experience in law, finance, agriculture, and analytics. Every member is driven by skepticism, a love for evidence, and an allergy to empty buzzwords.

    Head of on-ground implementation

I’ve overseen land restoration on four continents. My focus is getting measurable results, not just pretty photos. I don’t trust glossy reports—I want to see soil samples and satellite images. That’s how I lead our field operations.

    Carbon project analytics

My background is in environmental data analysis. I’ve spent years separating real impact from noise. Here, I track every carbon credit from seedling to certificate. If it can’t be traced, it doesn’t go in our portfolio.

    Legal and compliance advisor

I’m a corporate lawyer who left the big-firm treadmill. Now I make sure every project contract is air-tight and above board. I believe that transparency isn’t a slogan, it’s a legal requirement.

    Financial review and oversight

I spent a decade on the finance side, and let’s be honest, most presentations overpromise. Here, I dig into the numbers and only highlight what stands up to audit. I’m not interested in vague projections—just the facts.

    Sustainability assessment

Before this, I ran a sustainable forestry operation. I know how field conditions sabotage theory. I push for real-world testing—because a spreadsheet doesn’t hold water in a floodplain.

    Stakeholder relations and outreach

Years in nonprofit climate advocacy taught me to spot empty claims. I’m here to keep our messaging honest and our stakeholders informed, not dazzled. If I wouldn’t say it to my mother, it doesn’t go on our site.
